ESPN lays off about 100 of it's Staffs

The Sports media has laid off 100 of  it's staffers including prominent names.The lay-offs are said to be because of challenging times for the sports netwotk as it has experienced major losses in subscribers base


Amongst those laid off was Doug Padilla who was covering the Dodgers,he took to his twitter page to tweet these words:

''Rough day.Just learned I will no longer be covering the Dodgers.
Enjoyed my 7 years at ESPN.On to the next chapter''.
