Daily Mail To Pay $2.9 Million To First Lady Of U.S.A For Damages

The daily Mail newspaper based in Britain has agreed to pay damages to settle a lawsuit that was filed by the first lady of America,Melania Trump against them after one of it's publishers made false claims about her work  as a professional model.

According to the Daily Mail,''We accept that these allegations about Mrs.Trump are not true and we retract and withdraw them.We apologize to Mrs.Trump for any distress that our publication caused her''.

The suit was filed in September against the Daily Mail Online and Trump accused it of defaming her image.The initial lawsuit was $150 million in damages and later it was moved from Maryland to New York,according to a source,she will be paid $2.9 million for costs and damages.
