Lionel Messi marries his childhood sweetheart Antonella Roccuzzo

The world's greatest and best footballer,Lionel Messi has finally tied the knots with his childhood girlfriend/Fiancée,Antonella Roccuzzo in their hometown of Rosario,northern Argentina.


The two love birds,Lionel Messi who is 30 and his bride,Antonella Roccuzzo who is 29 grew up together in Rosario when they were just five years old and they already have two sons,Mateo and Thiago.

Security was tight in Rosario,Argentina as about 450 security personnel were on guard for one of the biggest weddings in history.CCTV cameras were also in strategic locations.

The wedding which took place at the City Center Rosario Casino Complex,saw about 260 guests attending the memorable occasion,with world football stars arriving in more than 12 private jets.

The lovebirds graced their wedding ceremony with Messi wearing an Armani suit designed by Claudio Cosano while his bride,Antonella looked ravishing in a mermaid style custom designed dress made by Rosa Clara who has dressed the Queen of Spain,Eva Longoria and Sofia Vergara.

Guests who turned out for the wedding ceremony included Samuel Eto and wife Georgette,Cesc Fabregas and Fiancée Dianella Seeman,Sergio Aguero and girlfriend Karina Tejeda,Luis Suarez and wife Sofia Balbi,Jordi Alba and girlfriend Romarey Ventura,Gerard Pique and wife Shakira,Javier Mascherano,Maria Sol Messi,,Xavi Hernandez and wife Nuira Cunillera,Neymar and so many others.
