A pregnant woman from Britain dies in Thailand

A scooter accident has led to the death of Sophie Emma Rose,41 from Blackpool and her unborn child.According to reports,she was riding on the back of a scooter when suddenly she collided with an 18 wheel lorry in Thalang,Thailand.


Her boyfriend,Danny Glass who was with her when the accident happened,escaped with serious injuries and made known the fact that she was pregnant and also he lost his unborn child.

Danny Glass took to his Facebook page to post this heartfelt words:

''In total shock as I've lost the most precious person I had ever connected with,she was also pregnant,so i lost my child too.I need as much love and support as i can get from everyone.''

A statement made by foreign office reads thus:

''We are providing support to a British man who was injured in a road traffic accident in Thalang,Thailand and are in contact with the local police.''

Sophie Emma Rose already had a five year old son before this unfortunate accident that claimed her life.
