Emmanuel Macron emerges as the next President of France

An election between the far right National Front candidate,Marine Le Pen and the Centrist candidate,Emmanuel Macron has finally made it's final mark with Macron defeating Le Pen 65.5% to 34.5% to become the youngest President of France at just 39.


Le Pen who conceded defeat,made it known to her supporters that she already telephoned Macron to congratulate him on his election victory.Macron's supporters were already at esplanade which is in front of the popular museum in the world when the results came in,they started chanting while waving their flags 'President Macron'.

Macron's campaign promises were,lowering unemployment rate to below 7%,a reduction in public spending,ease of labour laws and give new protections to the self employed.

The President of the United State of America,Donald Trump has already congratulated him through a tweet saying:

''Congratulations to Emmanuel Macron on his big win today as the next President of France.I look very much forward to working with him.''
