So Sad! Adam West has passed on at the age of 88

American actor,Adam West who played the role of Batman in the 1960's ABC series has passed on at the age of 88.West was also known to have done voice work for,The Simpsons,Fairly Odd Parents and Family Guy.


Adam West who was born on September the 19th 1928 died Friday 9th of June 2017,according to a spokesman for the family,''West died peacefully in Los Angeles after a short but brave battle with leukemia''.

A statement which was issued by his family reads thus:

''Our beloved AW passed away last night.He was the greatest.We'll miss him like crazy.We know you'll miss him too.''-West Family

 West was born in Walla Walla ,Washington to Otto West Anderson and Audrey V. Speer.He was initially called William West Anderson but he took the stage name Adam West when he moved to Hollywood with his wife and two children.

He is survived by his wife,Marcelle,six children,five grand children and two great grand children.
