Henry Deutschendorf who played baby Oscar in Ghostbusters II has passed on

The actor who was best known for playing baby Oscar in the 1989 Ghostbusters movie was said to have committed suicide in his apartment at Escondido,CA on Wednesday,June 14th,2017.

Henry who also acted along with his twin brother William in the 1989 movie, was suffering from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia which resulted in hallucinations, delusion and depression.

Hank,as he was also called, was 29 before his death and was the nephew to country singer,John Denver. His twin brother,William who came to the apartment at the very time of the suicide, tried saving his life by cutting the rope but unfortunately,it was too late.

In an online tribute by William while announcing his death,he said:

''It is with great sadness that i announce the passing of my twin brother,Hank on Wednesday,June 14th,2017.Henry John Deutschendorf II,lost his battle with schizoaffective disorder.
''Many people do not know much about Hank, some knew him as Baby Oscar in Ghostbusters 2 or John Denver's nephew.Others knew him as a brother, son, martial artist, teacher, uncle or friend.
''What people do not about Hank was that he suffered from schizoaffective disorder. It's a chronic mental health condition which is a combination of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. He experienced hallucinations, delusions, depression and mania.
''It is a very severe mental illness that usually requires all lifetime of treatment.it is not well studied,so the treatment is largely an estimation based on schizophrenia and bipolar treatments.Hank would have good days and bad days,he didn't take a real sick day for the past nine years that i can remember.
''Sometimes he would lie and say he was sick because he felt guilty but i knew he really just couldn't stand another day on the mat with his voices. He never took a real vacation other than a few trips with his loving girlfriend.
''Any day he stayed home was because of his voices and delusions, sometimes he stayed home because he was manic and couldn't sleep;other times he was so depressed he could not leave his home.''
