A patient has mistakenly died due to Mayor's silly behaviour

A mayor in Brazil,Jose Claudio Pol has been charged with the murder of a patient after he took the only oxygen cylinder available from a health center to his home on new year's eve for his personal recreational activities.

Photos circulating online have shown how the compressed oxygen cylinder was used by him and members of his family to pump out beer from a keg.

Unfortunately for him at that same hour,a woman was rushed in to the health center suffering from heart attack and behold,low and behold the only oxygen cylinder that might have saved her life was at that same very hour in the Mayor's house been used to pump out beer.

After the photos went viral,he was immediately suspended as Mayor of Luiziana,southern Brazil and he is to face trial after a report showed that his actions led to the patients death.

Explaining,Prosecutor Andre del Grossi Assumpcao said:

''As a result of the removal of emergency equipment for simple recreational use by the accused,they weakened public emergency services and deprived this patient of oxygen which has been proved to have caused detriment to her health and later her death.''
