Three people have been killed while nine injured in Bogota shopping complex
Authorities in Columbia have reported an explosion in the capital,Bogota,in one of the shopping centers on Saturday which killed three people and injured about nine others.
Local media reported that a blast was heard in one of the shopping centers second floor bathroom which immediately left shoppers and fun seekers scampering for safety.
A 23 year old french woman was among the dead and she was identified as Julie Huynh who was in the country as a volunteer for the past six months.
She volunteered at a school's neighborhood and was about returning to France with her mother when this unfortunate incident happened.
According to local media,Ambulances,firetrucks arrived at the scene of the incident were victims were immediately rushed to the hospital.Two people were later confirmed to have died.
Columbia President,Juan Manuel Santos has condemned the attack and said those responsible for the evil act will be fished out.
